Today, in the first part of an exciting resilience workshop, we took important steps to strengthen the well-being and mental resilience of our team members. We worked on this important topic with the first part of the team on site in BergischGladbach.
This workshop, organized and accompanied by our colleague
Alexandra Falkenberg, focused on the core pillars of
resilience and the influence of our thoughts on our feelings and
actions – the so-called thought-action cycle. Alex
is active with us as a business economist and, thanks to her experience in the
area of resilience and mental strength, is always able to provide the group with important
impulses. Today’s
discussions and activities have not only expanded our
knowledge, but have also laid the foundation for an in-depth
exploration of other topics in future sessions. We firmly believe that building resilience plays a central role in health and wellbeing in the workplace. A
big thank you to all participants and especially to our Alex for
her excellent organization and support. We look forward
to putting what we have learned into practice and building on it in the upcoming
