More and more often, I ask myself whether we have fundamentally forgotten how to communicate #clearly. I come across the above statements in basically all business and private situations.
โ When can I expect the offer for the terrace? ๐๐ช๐ฏ ๐ฅ๐ณ๐ข๐ฏ, ๐ฌ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ต ๐ฃ๐ข๐ญ๐ฅ
โ What is the status of the non-functioning PV storage system? ๐๐ญ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ด ๐ช๐ฎ ๐๐ญ๐ฐ๐ธ…
โ What deadline was given to the customer for the quotation? ๐๐ช๐ฏ ๐ฅ๐ณ๐ข๐ฏ
I could continue this list almost without limit.

(and yes, there is always a need for reminders ๐)
I simply can’t stand these non-committal and basically meaningless statements.
It doesn’t help anyone, neither the customer nor the service provider.
Let’s communicate more #honestly, #commitmentally and #clearly with each other again, that’s my wish for my birthday after the fact ๐
