Should I expect any downtime if we switch to Konsultec?
No, absolutely not. The change of partner is primarily a bureaucratic process at SAP (so-called VAR transfer). In the meantime, your SAP Business One system continues to run without interruption. Your employees won't notice the change at first - except that support suddenly responds more quickly.
Will my individual customizations (add-ons) be lost?
No. We take over your existing installation exactly as it is. In our system audit at the beginning, we take a look at your customizations (Coresuite, Boyum, own scripts). We often even find "legacy issues" that we can remove to make your system faster again. But nothing will be deleted without your OK.
How quickly can you really be reached in case of problems?
With us, you won't end up in an anonymous call center. You have the direct dial number of your fixed contact person. Our average response time is less than 2 hours. In the event of critical system downtimes ("Priority 1"), we respond immediately. We are agile - which is precisely why we limit our number of customers in order to keep quality high.
Do I have to buy new SAP licenses?
