\n simply.Creating.Clarity – also when it comes to the health of our employees! <\/p>

Today, in the first part of an exciting resilience workshop, we took important steps to strengthen the well-being and mental resilience of our team members. With the first part of the team, we worked on this important topic on site in Bergisch Gladbach.\n In this workshop, organised and facilitated by our colleague \nAlexandra Falkenberg, we focused on the core pillars of \nresilience and the influence of our thoughts on our feelings and \nactions \u2013 the so-called thought-impact cycle. Alex\n works with us as a business economist and, thanks to her experience in the \nfield of resilience and mental strength, is always able to provide important \nimpulses to the group. The\n discussions and activities today not only expanded our \nknowledge, but also laid the foundation for a deeper \nengagement with further topics in future sessions. We firmly believe that building resilience plays a central role in health and well-being in the workplace. A\n big thank you goes to all participants and especially to our Alex for\n her excellent organisation and support. We are looking forward \nto putting what we have learned into practice and building on it further in the upcoming \nworkshops.
